What holds a date
A $500 damage deposit books the date. It is returned within 2–3 weeks after the event if the building is undamaged. The balance is due one week before the event.
Before you finish
If you are serving alcohol you will need your own Social Occasion Liquor Permit, applied for at least four weeks ahead. we walk you through it here. Cleaning is yours, or $250 and it is ours.
Setup and decor
We do not set rooms, decorate, or rent decor. You get the building, the tables and chairs, and the kitchen; you decorate it however you like, and we will point you at the people who do it for a living. The usual first call is Let's Celebrate Rentals.
